Engaging young men in education isn’t just about programs or initiatives; it’s about understanding their lived experiences and building trust. This is particularly true when working with hard-to-reach young men.

Growing up in challenging circumstances, I know firsthand how easy it is to feel overlooked in traditional educational environments. Now, through my work at Cosmos, I’ve committed to breaking down these barriers and creating spaces where young men from disadvantaged backgrounds can feel seen, heard, and valued.
